Overview

NOPARCELS Real Time Prices helps merchants calculate and display carrier-based shipping rates at checkout. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app processes, how it is used, and how merchants can contact us.

Information we process

When a merchant installs or uses the app, we may process the store domain, app installation session data, access tokens required to operate the app, carrier service settings, delivery zone settings, margin settings, fallback shipping rate settings, contact email, customs defaults, and carrier account credentials entered by the merchant.

Carrier credentials are stored encrypted. Saved carrier passwords are not shown back in the app interface.

To calculate shipping rates, the app may process checkout-related delivery information such as destination country, postal code, cart item weight, item quantity, currency, and customs-related defaults. This information is used to request a shipping quote and return a shipping option to checkout.

How we use information

We use app data to provide live shipping rates, manage carrier service configuration, test carrier connections, apply merchant-defined delivery settings, and provide fallback shipping options when a live carrier quote is unavailable.

We do not sell merchant or customer data.

Third-party services

The app may send required shipment quote information to supported carrier services, including LP Express, to calculate delivery rates. Future carrier integrations may be added if enabled by the merchant.

Data retention

We keep app settings while the app remains installed. When a shop redaction or uninstall-related request is received, we delete stored sessions and shop settings associated with that store, unless retention is required for legal or security reasons.

Customer data requests

The app is designed to avoid storing customer personal data separately from the rate calculation flow. If customer-related data handling is added in the future, requests to access, delete, or redact customer data will be handled according to applicable requirements.

Security

We use technical safeguards such as encrypted credential storage and authenticated webhook handling to protect app data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information processed by the app.
